Scooter Uses Falun Gong as personal security detail

I just saw Scooter Libby (to the right of Dick "Strangelove" Cheney in photo) walking free on K Street in front of the 16&K Starbucks.

The thought crossed my mind to cuff and stuff 'em but as he passed me I was in the process of being accosted by a Falun Gong follower peddling brochures.
